Cancellation
of Using the "SIIT Student Activity Records Book"

In order to improve our SIIT Activity Transcript System, the "SIIT Student Activity Records Book" is not required to be attached when a student requests an official "SIIT Activity Transcript", from March 2011 onwards.

In addition, we strongly recommend that students must sign-up/register (paper-based and/or web-based) when organizing/participating in an activity.
