Starting in the second semester of 2008 academic year, the SIIT Activity Transcript System has been developed by SIIT Student Affairs Division under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Ruengsak Kawtummachai, the Assistant Director for Student Affairs of Academic Years 2006-2008. The system has continued to be developed under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Chalie Charoenlarpnopparut, the Assistant Director for Student Affairs of Academic Years 2009-now.

The SIIT Activity Transcript System is designed to encourage SIIT students to organize and/or participate in student activities. The activities are extracurricular and are focused on provision of useful experiences for students. Moreover, "friendships & unity" among students is also strengthened through the activities.
